Here’s how it works:
- Contact us via email, phone, FB or Instagram message to discuss your order and to request current price list and fabric availability.
- We will provide a quote and fabric samples for custom products.
- Orders require a 50% deposit, with balance due upon completion.
- Allow 12-16 weeks turn-around for products under normal circumstances. Hunting season and cattle show seasons become very busy so please plan ahead. We have been experiencing a slow and tight supply of fabric and components in 2022 due to supply chain issues.
- Expedited services are available if requested and will involve a rush service fee and expedited shipping rates to be charged to the customer.
- We accept all major credit cards as well as personal checks.
Rush Creek Originals guarantees the craftsmanship and customer satisfaction on all products and pays special attention to quality assurance through the following sewing techniques:
- Reinforced stress points including double layers of fabric in areas of heavy wear
- Use of double-needle topstitching both decorative and for strength
- Serged and/or bound raw edges to prevent fabric fray
- Durable and high-quality components to fit the project, sourced in the USA whenever possible
