Here’s how it works:
Note: we are currently handling business via UPS or FEDEX shipment only due to COVID restrictions.
- Contact us via phone or email to discuss service and to request a price quote. Shop rates for repairs and alterations only are $95/hour which include parts, service, and return shipment of your product. We will provide a quote for custom products.
- We will email you a Customer Service and Repair form to be included in your box along with your product shipment to Rush Creek Originals.
- Products must be clean, free of field debris and pockets should be empty.
- Allow 4-6 weeks turn around for products under normal circumstances, which includes return shipping.
- Expedite services are available if requested and will involve a rush service fee and expedited shipping rates to be charged to the customer.
- All services must be paid in full before product is returned.
- We accept all major credit cards.
